Custom theme

Changes apply instantly and are saved with your diagram. Shapes using the theme colors update as you go.

Start from a template

Templates replace the current diagram. You can Undo straight afterwards.

Save file

File name

Your browser will put the file in its download folder. To choose the folder each time, turn on “Ask where to save each file” in your browser’s download settings, or use Chrome / Edge, which show a Save As window.

Build

Drag shapes from the left panel or click to add them.
Double-click empty space to create a shape there.
Right-click a shape, connector or empty space for cut, copy, paste and more.
Pick a template to start fast, then use Auto-layout to tidy up.
Pink smart guides appear when shapes line up while you drag.
Hover a shape and drag from a dot to connect it. Drop on empty space to create a connected shape.
Double-click a shape or connector to edit its text.
Drag the corners of a selected shape to resize it.

Save & load

Save JSON lets you choose the file name and folder.
Hover the ? on any shape in the left panel to see what it is used for.
Open (or drop a file on the canvas) loads it back.
Your work is also autosaved in this browser.
Pick a theme from the top bar. Shapes using the theme colors switch with it.
Upload a logo (theme menu or the Diagram panel). It is added to exports, printouts and saved files.
